FrontierClass beta: now inviting families and tutors

Find the missing step. Help learning click into place.

FrontierClass is an accessibility-first, AI-assisted learning tool, built especially for neurodivergent learners. It finds the exact ideas that were missed or misunderstood, then guides the next right step, at a pace that fits the learner.

The problem

It's rarely about trying harder. It's usually a hidden gap.

Learning is built in layers. When one idea is missed or misunderstood, everything stacked on top of it gets wobbly. The problem isn't a shortage of lessons. It's knowing exactly where the foundation needs repair.

  • Lessons come grade-sized. Gaps don't.

Learning is usually packaged by grade, unit or course. A small missing idea from years ago can stay hidden inside a big chunk of content.

  • A score shows the result, not the reason.

Grades and completion checkmarks tell you something went wrong. They rarely show where the understanding actually broke.

  • One pace doesn't fit every mind.

Fixed pacing and one-size presentation create friction that has nothing to do with ability, especially for neurodivergent learners.

How FrontierClass works

Learning, mapped like a route.

Think of a map app for understanding. FrontierClass works out where a learner is right now, makes the destination clear, and chooses the next step that genuinely makes sense. Then it checks the step held before moving on.

  1. Diagnose

Gather gentle, low-pressure evidence of what the learner already understands. No marathon tests.

  2. Map

Connect that evidence to small, specific skills, so you can see the exact idea that's missing.

  3. Route

Recommend next steps the learner can actually reach from where they are today.

  4. Learn

Deliver accessible activities, with pacing and presentation that adapt to the learner.

  5. Verify

Confirm the new understanding is solid, update the map, and plan the next step.

Then the loop repeats, one solid step at a time.

Small building blocks, clear next steps

Under the hood, FrontierClass breaks knowledge into small, connected pieces we call Atomic Knowledge Units. That's what lets it point to one specific missing idea instead of a whole chapter. The detailed methods are our own work. What you see is simple: where the learner is, where they're headed, and what to try next.

Who it's for

For the people who walk beside a learner.

We're starting with the adults who know a learner best, and giving them a clear view of the specific barrier, not just a grade.

  • Parents and guardians

Stop guessing why homework turns into a struggle. See which idea is missing, and get a clear, doable next step you can work on together.

  • Tutors

Spend sessions repairing the real gap instead of hunting for it. Show families progress in specific skills, not just scores.

  • Homeschool families

Follow your learner's own route instead of a fixed grade schedule. Build forward from what's truly understood.

Accessibility-first

Same destination. Better route. Less unnecessary friction.

Accessibility isn't a feature we bolt on at the end. FrontierClass keeps what needs to be learned separate from how it's presented, so the support can change without losing the map.

  • Adjustable pacing and mental load. Slow down, break things up, or move ahead when ready.
  • More than one way in. Multiple representations and ways to interact with each idea.
  • Progress without grade labels. Clear signals of growth that don't assume a learner "should" be at a certain grade.
  • A clear view for the adults. Parents and tutors can see the specific barrier, not just the outcome.
  • Calm by design. Plain language, readable type, predictable layouts, and nothing that flashes or plays on its own.

A first look: Addition100

One idea. A lifetime of learning.

Addition100 is our first demonstration. It follows a single math idea, addition, as one continuous learning spine: from counting real things all the way to abstract structure. It crosses grade boundaries without losing the thread, so a learner can pick it up exactly where their understanding is.

  1. Levels 1–10Quantity
  2. Levels 11–20Concrete
  3. Levels 21–40Symbolic and place value
  4. Levels 41–60Algorithms and measurement
  5. Levels 61–80Rational and algebraic
  6. Levels 81–100Structural and abstract
